Refund and Cancellation Policy At Warwick Throne, we provide bespoke geopolitical strategy and extraction architecture. Due to the immediate allocation of high-level intelligence resources and expert man-hours upon engagement, we enforce a strict refund policy: Digital Products/Blueprints: All strategic blueprints, risk assessments, and digital extraction plans are 100% Non-Refundable once delivered or accessed. Consultation & Retainers: Retainer fees for "Phase 1" advisory services are non-refundable. If a client chooses to cancel a "Phase 2" implementation plan before work has commenced, a refund of the remaining balance may be issued, minus a $500.00 USD Administrative & Onboarding Fee. Cancellation Window: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing via [Email Address] at least 48 hours prior to any scheduled strategic briefing. Failure to provide notice results in a forfeiture of that session's value. No-Show Policy: Scheduled briefings that are missed by the client without prior notice are non-refundable and will be billed at the full hourly rate.

These services are based on decades of real-world observation and the "Verum" (Truth) methodology.

2. Risk Disclosure

• No Guarantees: Strategic consulting involves the navigation of human behavior and global markets. While the Warwick Throne provides the "Blueprints" and "X-Rays" for decision-making, we do not guarantee specific financial, legal, or personal outcomes.

• Client Responsibility: All final decisions, actions, and executions remain the sole responsibility of the client. The Warwick Throne System is a tool; the client is the operator.

• Third-Party Volatility: Geopolitical and market conditions (such as the current "Lockdown" status in global hubs) are subject to rapid change. Our analysis is based on available intelligence at the time of consultation.

3. Non-Professional Advice Notice

Warwick Throne services do not constitute:

• Legal Advice: We are not attorneys.

4. Strict "No Refund" Policy

The Warwick Throne operates on a principle of absolute commitment.

• Immediate Value: Upon payment of the $1,200 Annual Residency fee, you receive immediate access to proprietary strategy, digital assets, and direct communication channels.

• The Policy: All sales are final. There are no refunds, partial or full, once the transaction is completed. We do not provide "trial periods" or "money-back guarantees."

• Why: This policy ensures that the Throne is occupied only by those who are certain of their intent. We do not cater to hesitation or excuses.

5. Membership & Cancellation

• Term: Memberships are on a 12-month recurring basis.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent the next annual billing cycle. To avoid the next charge, notice must be given via your Wix account or direct email at least 30 days prior to your anniversary date. No pro-rated refunds are issued for the current term.

6. Termination of Access

Warwick Throne reserves the right to terminate access to any member who violates the "Verum" code of conduct, shares proprietary strategies with unauthorized third parties, or displays behavior that compromises the security of the residency network. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
